Hello everyone, sorry for being absent from Newgrounds (and most platforms for that matter) for so long, and for not finishing as many projects as I thought I could. It turns out... college is hard as hell, so I have had some inconsistency issues to start with.

However, today I am excited to announce the end of SpeedoRH, and the beginning of Espyo!

The main reason for this change is that from now on, I want to not only make incredibly high-quality music for you guys to listen to, but also to do so under a name that is much more marketable/unique. It sucks to go through a second name change, but this one was very much needed, honestly.

I will take the opportunity to announce my first release under the new moniker: Running Away (Espyo Remix)

This is my best remix so far! There was a lot of improvement between 2023 and now, I suppose. This is sort of my take on Buunshin's style, which for the better part of last year, it was something I thought I just couldn't do. But I did it!

P.s., I am aware that my new logo doesn't look too different from the old one. Simply put, I really liked how the old profile picture looked, especially the font itself. So rather than creating a new design from scratch, I thought it would be better to tweak the logo to look more like an "SP" with an upside-down "Y". It will take some getting used to, but it still looks quite clean I reckon!

Hi everyone, I'm glad you stopped by to read a random music man's retrospect on a very crazy year that has just gone by. I will begin by saying this: I feel like 2023, although a great step-up from the previous year of 2022, could have had more going on, or at least in my opinion. Looking back, not much actually happened this year at all. However, I cannot really say the same thing for how I improved musically speaking, and I don't think I am exaggerating when I say that 2023 has been my best year of music by a landslide. Let's list all of the reasons why I think this:

1. This year was when I made my current Top 1 and Top 2 most listened tracks of all time, 'Ensom' and 'Adamance' respectively, which is an enormous achievement.
2. I have managed to participate in two contests this year: the 2023 Newgrounds Underdogs Audio Contest (NGUAC), and my great NG friend of mine's contest, the "Walk Away Remix Contest", which I won by a mere 6 points!
3. My best songs of all time in terms of quality were produced this year, with those being (in my personal opinion) 'Ensom' and 'Joyride', which also happen to have taken the longest for me to make.

I am so glad I was able to reach the ears of over 15k listeners this year not including songs from other years, and I am very happy I was able to improve musically speaking thank to all of you guys' support in this community. And with that being said, I wish everyone a happy and exciting new year going forward.

Hello everyone! It's been a very long time since I have posted anything on this platform (4 months as of writing this). I deeply apologize for my absence, as I have had ups and downs in inspiration lately.

Next week, I am getting the Sennheiser HD 560S shipped to my house so I can make cleaner mixes in my music. After that, I plan to come back somewhere around April, however there is a very small chance I won't come back until early May which I hope won't be the case.

At the moment, it is safe to say that whenever I do come back, I will have a really big surprise!

Hello everyone! I wanted to announce that I have become a supporter of NG, which feels great after anticipating to do it for the past 2 years. Not only that, but I have decided to rebrand myself as "SpeedoRH" instead of my 2016 username, "SkuttenGamerGD". This is because the latter was a name I had quickly come up with when I was 9 years old, and thus it doesn't mirror my current self. As of today, (08/16/22) I will change my name indefinitely, and will only mention my old name in tags so people who have known me for a while don't get confused (I have been known as Skutten for the past 5 years of my NG existence, so I can see that happening).

Hope you understand my motivations!

Hello everyone! In case any of you were wondering, I am alive, and I have recently got back into producing tracks again.

Well, as the title suggests, my July (and many other people's) hasn't started great, not musically speaking, but in general. I have heard the news too obviously, since I am an avid Bedwars player, and I have been so for the past year and a half. Not to mention, I used to watch this person's videos quite persistently in the past, meaning this event has messed me up my week really badly. I'll stop anticipating this now: I am talking about Technoblade.

He meant quite a bit to me, since, as I mentioned before, he was one of the people that I used to watch during quarantine and for long after (which is also when and why I started playing Bedwars in the first place). It's so depressing and heartbreaking to hear he has passed away.

As a musician, I don't know what kind of tribute I could make for him, since he was an extremely important figure to me and many other people and I feel that whatever I could possibly come up with on my DAW wouldn't be emotionally strong enough or important enough of a project enough to represent him respectfully and accurately. That is why I likely won't make any tribute to him at all for fear of not representing him in my music accurately enough. In case I do however, don't expect anything big ;(

For the time being, all I can do is remember him through this post:

We will never forget your greatest achievements, and the impact you've made for so many people like me during your short lived life.

I apologise for the particularly depressing post, but I just felt like getting this off my chest, which I don't do often on NG. Sorry again ;(
